I rang your Derby office this morning and spoke to Rasib because I have a strange message left on my home answerphone saying "HMRC are issuing a law suit under your name". It did not say and name and it sounded suspicious. I gave Rasib my NT number and he checked my file and said that there was nothing on it. He also explained that if this was the case it would be dealt with my correspondence.
I thought the phone call was a scam but it was appreciated to have my mind put to rest.
