A PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO ME TODAY - IN MY ABSENCE IT WAS LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR.....THE NEIGHBOUR NOTED THE PARCEL WAS BADLY DAMAGED AND ASKED THE POSTMAN TO WRITE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP THAT THE PARCEL WAS ALREADY DAMAGED...
NOTHING HAS BEEN WRITTEN ON THE DELIVERY NOTE......THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER AS THE PACKAGE WAS SENT "SPECIAL DELIVERY" AND CONTAINED A VERY DELICATE ITEM....YOUR COMMENTS PLEASE.
