There’s a huge, recently-refurbished, state-of-the-art gym, packed with the latest TechnoGym equipment, that allows you to work on your general fitness levels, as well as a wide variety of group fitness classes designed to suit everyone. Furthermore, the four-court sports hall allows for a great variety of activities to be played, including table tennis, badminton and pickleball.
All this combines to help you get the most from your workout, whether you prefer cardio exercises, favour the resistance machines, enjoy functional training, are heading to the free weights area, or a mixture of all four.
Our large multi-purpose sports hall is clean, safe and modern and you can choose from a variety of different activities to enjoy. These include the likes of badminton, table tennis and pickleball, all of which can be booked on a casual basis.
Here at Cambourne Fitness and Sports Centre, we boast a large portfolio of group fitness classes that are suited to everyone, regardless of preferences, age or fitness levels.
