Set within the walled gardens of a former manor house tucked away in the glorious East Sussex countryside. The site offers great facilities for families, including a play area for ball games and a playground while there is also a lovely dog walk on site. The area is steeped in history with the1066 Trail passing close to the site and Herstmonceux Castle just up the road. It is possible to walk from the site to the town of Battle, where the Battle of Hastings took place, and visit the impressive Battle Abbey. The attractive seaside towns of Hastings, Eastbourne and Rye are also nearby.
