Barchester - Tyspane Care Centre

Tyspane is a purpose-built care home home that provides high quality residential and 24-hour nursing care for older people, alongside younger adults with multiple sclerosis or physical disabilities. We also offer an intense rehabilitation programme for people with a wide variety of conditions on a long or short-term basis. Tyspane Care Home is located within walking distance of the old village of Braunton and close to the glorious beaches and rugged countryside of Exmoor. The home is set within its own beautifully landscaped gardens, situated on the North Devonshire coast with panoramic views across the Taw Estuary.
