Hmm, seems most people are not using employment contracts... that`s strange

Just wondering how you arrived at that conclusion?

One is doing sub contract gas services (laying new gas pipes to peoples houses or replacing old pipes under the roads) and the other is a private investigator and also does some work for me in between, usually online marketing and also some admin on my other business, but nothing too taxing!

I have helped my kids get jobs by helping them refine their CV and kicking their butt in their early days to go out and find jobs. Nag? Me? Yes!
Psychometric Tests for Job Seekers 31st May 2013 11:02 AM
I'm qualified as a Step 1 MBTI practitioner (Myers Briggs). Not a test or a personality disorder test lol, but very good at determining things about a person so you can better understand and get the best from them. Everyone has qualities even if they are buried and don't surface often!

The problem only lies in that square pegs never did fit well into a round hole.

These other tests don't really tell you if they will be good in a job. IMO anyway.
People seem fixated on generating traffic to their website ....you hardly ever hear anyone mentioning generating orders and enquiries from their website. They just shout about how many "hits" they get, and some use the proper word and tell us how many visitors they get, but you rarely hear anyone confirming what orders they got from their site this week, or how many contact form enquiries or calls and emails generated from the website, this month, etc.

Why would a start up need an analyst? Analysts study (reliable) data. Start ups won't have any reliable data to provide any stable results. Just saying.

Start-ups needs good advice and more importantly, to have the ability to listen to it and take it on board, even though they may not agree or yet see the point to the advice. Trouble is, many don't and think they know best. They're often the ones that struggle, have a costly start up journey, and often close down.
Yes, it is just the click of a button, although that's a basic install of course.

If someone then doesn't know the first place to start when it comes to adding plugins, installing themes, editing code, or even just learning how to create a page and a post, upload a picture, add a link, etc, then they're stuffed and anyway a default theme is no good for any business.
