Sometimes 404 yes, but the majority are just nonsense pages that contain your keyword at the top of the page, usually in some sort of database result being shown, but don't actually have any info regarding that keyword.

This sort of thing already exists in ecommerce websites. How is yours different?

There is still one area of Google search results that irks me - when you do a search and it throws up results for major websites and when you click, what you searched on is not actually there, or page has no relevance to your specific search. But the big names are given prime spots, such as gumtree, zoopla and ebay. They give pages that are no longer available, have only partial or no relevance but they show something else instead anyway. This is not good and is extremely common-place so how does Google justify these results? I thought all results were supposed to be relevant and accurate to our search keywords? Well still, in these instances, they are not.
About bloody time! I can't believe it took them so long to figure out this is one of the things needed.

TBH I think all people on benefits should automatically be enrolled in some kind of community work, whether that's litter picking, assisting in charity shops or in community centres, maintaining parks, and anything else that would at least help keep our environment clean and tidy to live in, but keeping the job menial enough to inspire them not to want to do it for long. Basically the government should take advantage of cheap labour on this occasion and max it out to the tax payers benefit!

Also, there should be job rotation, as some will still fall into the trap of getting comfortable going out litter picking for their dole money!

Coffee Republic also did not make a profit in the first 6 months.....

Aim for break even in year 1 and anything over that is a bonus!
I would go ahead with the .co.uk and ignore the .com

There is nothing wrong or out of date with having an html site and no CMS, it's just that nowadays, most people want to be able to edit their own content, add mods and plugins that improve their website in different ways, add more content themselves, and so on. Without a CMS you are stuck with either a website cast in stone or paying the website designer/developer for continually updating it, and you are missing out on the mods and plugins available. It's more of a no-brainer than anything, to have one.

Never mind see it take off.... you wanna hear it!

When it's out on the apron you can see if from our front reception as it's only about 400 yards away.
Ahhh, my next door neighbour!

The donations always seem to pull through somehow. There are a lot of enthusiasts out there but in 10-20 years time, many of those might not be alive anymore, as i've a feeling a lot of them will be veterans of the air force, etc.

I'd say it will become a museum piece in less than 5 years unless a rich billionaire comes along and buys it!
And what kind of budget do you have for this?
