Yeap I sorted it. No, social media don't provide that much information, I went in a few local stores most of them got catalogues, so I ordered make to order. I am in a waiting queue now. Hopefully by the end of the summer it will be ready.

Bought this wonderful sofa last year, amazed with quality, looking for matching armchair, would be very grateful for help.

At Pac-Hs we love rewarding our loyal customers, we give them discounts on their orders. But we do also reward customers who place larger orders with discounts too, whether that's a first purchase or not. Discounts and other rewards are a great way to make the customers feel like they matter more. We understand that for large companies this can be more difficult, but medium and certain small businesses should reward repeat customers, as it encourages them to come back and helps your business grow.

Reward is good business strategy, you are going in right direction. Nothing will keep customer feel better like discounts.

I like to keep customers happy, so I would either offer a discount or give money back if customer is not satisfied with purchased. I think also smaller company they do care more about customers because it is in their interests to grow and make the business better.

Yes I think you paying just for what you see on TV for brand but not always for quality to have nice and shiny hair I guess shampoo it is  not enough.

I think if you have money to pay a celebrity for advertising your product you might be already solid with your business at least. And about ban celebrities actually no law about it unless if celebrity advertised product whcih is not really what was said on TV only this possible way, if most customers not satisfied with quality of product can be the reason to consider stop using celebrities just for boosting business.

Boxing Day shopping ban? 30th December 2016 10:22 AM
Was reading earlier that MP's will be debating later whether to impose a ban on shops opening on Boxing Day as more than 100,000  people online signed an e-petition triggering the automatic debate.

If you run a store, how would you feel being told you could not open?

The argument for the closure is that people need more time off. The argument against is that Boxing Day sales are one of the busiest days for stores.

I used to work part-time in the restaurant trade - Christmas Day to me meant mega pay days, earning 4x the usual rate plus 2 days off in lieu. No idea what the current rules are but as its Bank Holiday, imagine at least TOIL would come in to effect?

Over reaction or are people genuinely working too many hours over the Christmas break?”

That is redicilous, why one the earth would they do it?

TESCO BANK FRAUD 3rd December 2016 5:30 PM

Good you said to me, now I am going to be even more cautious with banks

TESCO BANK FRAUD 9th November 2016 7:29 PM
Any Business owners or people that use Tesco bank!

Warning here as 20,000 accounts registered with Tesco bank are gobsmacked by the ongoing suspicious transactions. With mostly online transactions, thousands of customers have had huge sums of money taken from their bank.

There are no current speculations with what has caused this; only the obvious which is hackers getting hold of card details and spending ridiculous amounts online however the real problem seems to come about by the lack of security within the Tesco site. As a large business company they should really be head on about these type of things and be aware of what is going on online with regarding customer's personal information.

The BBC announced

Earlier, the bank confirmed some accounts "have been subject to online criminal activity, in some cases resulting in money being withdrawn fraudulently".

Let this be an eye opener to business owners. When handling customer information it is so important it is kept safe under lock and key should I say.

I hope everyone that uses Tesco bank is all OK. Worth checking out though.

Is it for real? what are you saying?
