I think also smaller company they do care more about customers because it is in their interests to grow and make the business better. And about ban celebrities actually no law about it unless if celebrity advertised product whcih is not really what was said on TV only this possible way, if most customers not satisfied with quality of product can be the reason to consider stop using celebrities just for boosting business. Warning here as 20,000 accounts registered with Tesco bank are gobsmacked by the ongoing suspicious transactions. With mostly online transactions, thousands of customers have had huge sums of money taken from their bank. There are no current speculations with what has caused this; only the obvious which is hackers getting hold of card details and spending ridiculous amounts online however the real problem seems to come about by the lack of security within the Tesco site. As a large business company they should really be head on about these type of things and be aware of what is going on online with regarding customer's personal information. The BBC announced Earlier, the bank confirmed some accounts "have been subject to online criminal activity, in some cases resulting in money being withdrawn fraudulently". Let this be an eye opener to business owners. When handling customer information it is so important it is kept safe under lock and key should I say. I hope everyone that uses Tesco bank is all OK. Worth checking out though.
