May seem a silly question but do you have loads of listings out there that arent actually working for you?

Case in point - just been speaking with a chap, most disgruntled as the categories he "thought" he was under wasnt appearing on Google - ahh i replied you arent in that category hence you wont be in the search engines for that one.

Why not came his reply - well I said, actually its your page to do what you please with and add yourself to whichever category suits

I have had an apprisal it went well, I often have ideas but they will never get implemented due to small issues.

Depends on what those issues are, why dont you try and overcome them somehow? Be careful not to over as too forceful or arrogant though, something i have a habit of lol

Mike - dont give up the day job
To be honest Mike you have touched on an interesting point. The amount of people I speak to who dont know their target audience is scary!

Personally i always search for xyz in the town im looking for, but do sometimes take the "in" out as it affects the results - does that make sense lol. Re & or and, think its personal preference, again as a user id probably type "&" first but if i didnt get any results id try "and"

Not sure if ive helped, but thats my 2 pennies worth
... at least you're indoors and you don't go home smelling of cheap cooking fat which is more than can be said for most teenage jobs.

Hey dont knock the smell of burgers - i managed 18 months at least 4 days a week while i was at college - put me off a certian chain of burger restaurants for life, trouble is my kids love them despite my attempts to put them off
Business Insurance..........???? 24th February 2010 8:24 PM
Yep PL's all you need.

That will teach Clive to have a few days off

After spending 15 years in the insurance industry, our Clive (garde) misses out and I get to answer an insurance question. Although Mike beat me to it

You could have waited until i got back in to the office to post an insurance question

Much as it pains me Steve is right although Mike did get in first

Feel free to PM me if you want to chat about insurance, im a lil out of practice but fundamentals are still the same
John Terry sacked - right or wrong 24th February 2010 8:19 PM
i still think what happens off the pitch has no bearing on the mans ability to do the job. That being said wasnt Rio up on drug testing avoidance charges a while back or has this conveniently been forgotten?

A captain needs to be able to manage the team while on the pitch and give clear leadership - this has nothing to do with affairs off the pitch.
Im never really sure which side to fall on when strikes are mentioned.

I have always said if you arent happy in your job move - dont stay and bitch about it!

Ive had a fair few jobs in my time - when i got bored or disillusioned with the company i moved on!
