I'm planning to take a mortgage to buy a truck and but before that I need to be sure about the whole process. I've got a week's time after which next Monday I've got an appointment with one of the mortgage brokers in Toronto (ON).
So, what are the basic paper works I should be carrying and what are the papers one should read before signing it? I've done reading blogs related to the topic and they all have the same points to discuss on, and I believe only few of their points are useful. So those who have real experience with a mortgage deal, I would appreciate if they could share their experience.
