I use Hootsuite to update all my social media/networks all in one place. Now that Google has come along I cant find any software that incorporates Google+/brand pages in to social media scheduling software.

I can not find any software that allows be to update google+ and all other social media/networks all in one place, where can i find software that allows me to update all social sites from one place!

It's a Chrome extension that allows you to update profiles simultaneously. At the moment, it covers Twitter, FB, Plurk, and Google Plus.
