First Twitter....Seems like a load of jumble to me and yet some people tell me they have done well out of it...How?? Tips please
Now for me I want unhappy people who want to be made by paying me

On linked in, there is the option of adding a contact as a friend, so you don't have to state where you did business, and your hubby will be notified of your request and approve it.

Twitter wise, erm not so sure, guessing its a hash tag or join a list? But a bit twitter rusty, no doubt some expert will rescue you

On tweeter.
you want to search for the hash tag #badcustomerservice
this is a tag that people have specified when they are talking about that specific subject.

you will be show a list of all the people tagging and what they are saying under there name you can either click reply and tweet the directly or click on there twitter user name and click follow.

for example
andrewkunze Andrew Kunze
@servercentre 21 days I have been waiting to sort out an issue for me. I am very unhappy with your service #badcustomerservice

This guy has tweeted the servicecentre directly and he has used a hash tag to tell everyone he is complaining.

Good starting point here Social Media Guide for the Skeptical Small Business Owner

But one thing it does not show is that you have to stick with it, tweet relevant stuff only, when you have a healthy following you can entertain them, but until then its all about talking about what you know.
