With what Royal Mail charge these days I feel it's absolutely disgusting that they don't provide the level of service you'd expect. I paid for something to be delivered tracked 24 it took them 4 days not 24hrs as stated and told it would when paying.
Id also like to add that ive not recieved any post for 4 weeks. Try phoning to find out why and sit on hold for an hour. People are missing hospital appointments due to the rubbish service.

Only opens part time hours with no regard for full time workers. Prevented from collecting a parcel due to this which I have paid good money for. Wont deliver to a neighbour as it needs to be signed for. Most sorting offices have 1 day that opens later to cater for full time workers but not this place. Very poor very unfair and very inconvenient

my credit card fell onto the floor when I was getting my driving licence out recently - I hadn't realised this. Bryan delivered my credit card to my house that afternoon. So a huge thank you to Bryan (sorry don't know your surname) for "above & beyond" service :-)
