I have had no Xmas deliveries of cards or business correspondence for 10 days. This is an unacceptable state of affairs. Postage stamps have been paid for but the Mail service is putting parcels before mail, which is understandable to a point. The new owners of Royal Mail need to get their house in order before they lose The Royal part of their title.
