Having read other reviews for Simon Benefer I didn’t think any service provider could be that good, but he is, and more.
I phoned because I could no longer get service for BBC or ITV. Simon explained in great detail how best to get a good service and suggested things I could do to try to solve the problem. Having followed his instructions, my TV is now in full working order.
Simon recommended letting the new settings settle in and suggested getting in touch if the solution didn’t work. Brilliant customer service.
