I am a certified RTT practitioner and hypnotherapist. I help people heal from narcissistic abuse, trauma, and other forms of abuse. My focus is on supporting survivors with C-PTSD, PTSD, and codependency and helping them regain confidence, personal growth, and a renewed love for life.
