Have been down to this office on numerous occasions to collect missed packages, and service is always reliable and friendly. There is sometimes a line depending on the time of day, but catch it at the right time and you'll be in and out in no time with your package. Thanks guys, and thanks Royal Mail for all of your amazing work during this lockdown!

Romford post office at Liberty- only 2 tills opened, neither of 3 self service machines working on busy day Saturday 2/3/19. No air conditioning, stuffy air. Waited 50 minutes to post my item. This shows no respect for their customers, as we don?t have an alternative and obliged to wait. The same situation on previous visit. Bad management of this particular branch.

I sent a package to my daughter in Romford, she waited in all day and no parcel or card put in post box, when my daughter went too the sorting office at 3 ,00 pm this afternoon was told too wait until tomorrow. Not good enough as I used your guaranteed 1.00 pm delivery today at 8 pounds and 60 pence bad service.

I had a delivery booked, and received a text to say it's on it's way, and i was looking out of my living room window and saw a mail delivery vehicle stop outside, the driver sat for a short while, about 30 seconds, didn't get out of the vehicle and then drove off without delivering my item. There was a small amount of snow on the flat ground, people walking past without any difficulties, and it seems this guy couldn't be bothered to get out of his vehicle. I later received another text stating a card has been left as it wasn't possible to deliver my item, so i can collect it the following day from the Romford sorting office. No card has been left and no attempt was made to make a delivery.
