In 2006 I began my journey into Acupuncture. I attended the University of Lincoln and in 2009 gained my BSc (honors) In Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. Well what a ride that's been since then. I realised that I love to learn, and how much is there to learn? Everything I do learn has a purpose and an intention to expand and develop my skills to better be able to help people. In 2019 my friend Charlotte and I decided to see how Acupuncture and Hypnotherapy worked together. Wow were we surprised at the results! Then lockdown happened, I got busy and Charlotte got busy and we didn't quite ever have time to move forward with it. Fast forward to 2021 Charlotte founded Axiom Academy of clinical hypnotherapy, and I signed up straight away. I gained my Clinical Hypnotherapy diploma in 2022 and began working with Hypno-puncture.
2025 Has started with a bang, myself and my two co-creators Charlotte and Helen have opened a wellness centre called The Health Barn at Hockerton.
