Took ages to answer and lots of Pre recorded script taking up time but got through to a lovely operative who fully explained the situation to me .

they answered within 5 minutes and sorted out the transfer of tax allowance to my partner which is back dated to april total call took around 10 mins it was so easy

Impossible to get through on the telephone. This is supposed to be a service but customer - service is appalling. This can have a devastating affect on disabled people who are trying to work but give up due to the worryingly poor lack of any service.

Have been trying to do an online self assessment, never completes, call for assistance and get automated response, can never speak to someone!

Impossible to get through on phone, don't acknowledge calls or emails - usual contemptuous service if they owe you, quick to penalise if you owe them.
