I live in Periton Lane, Minehead and when my usual postman is not working, my mail is being thrown into my porch and not being put through my letterbox which is clearly located in my front door if whoever delivered bothered to step inside the porch.
Personal details, such as bank statements are there for anyone to see or take.
I have gone to the sorting office twice before to complain but it still happens
