As other comments have said, excellent response by the staff, brilliant to be able to talk to someone who understands your problem and concerns. I felt that I was more than just A N Other when talking to the staff member. Hopefully my query will be reflected in my codes for the following year.

Great to actually speak to someone from HMRC it took a while to actually get through but worth it in the end. Would definitely recommend this if th national phone line or web site can't answer your queries.
The only leet down was the long wait (19 minutes) to be answered but don't give up.
