These guys are working like Trojans to get people's post to them, they deserve a medal!

Not impressed, ordered shoes worth ?120 last month they apparently tried to deliver on 27th nobody was in, but they havent even left a post note to say. So im now worried they have been sent back. I have about 3 parcels missing so far

I have recently moved to Letchworth, Sollershott East and my Mail is constantly being delivered to Sollershott West as both house numbers are 21.

Quite rightly the persons of 21 Sollershott west, are becoming increasingly frustrated with having to redirect the mail to 21 Sollershott East.

I don't know how the mail is sorted, but something really needs to be done to resolve this situation as I am concerned that I may not receive important mail.

The postal staff really need to check the mail address details to ensure that letters are being posted to the address shown.

Just wanted to let you know, the postman delivering to Bursland, at the moment, is excellent. He always shuts the gate, and if he has to knock the door, he gives you time to get there, doesn't just knock and go. I don't know if this is the right place to say about this.
