The whole team at Kind Hearted have been truly amazing! They have demonstrated such care, compassion and understanding in meeting my dad’s care needs, and have always treated him with the utmost respect. Their kind and friendly approach made my dad feel completely comfortable and he would look forward to their visits. Their care and support extended to me too; they would always check how I was when I saw them, which I found very touching, and they gave me peace of mind that my dad was in safe hands. Ultimately, the team of incredible individuals, made it possible for me to honor my dad’s wishes to remain at home for as long as he could, and for that, I will be eternally grateful.
