Had a phone call from Jeff Brown today to discuss a CGTAX problem. This was sensibly & helpfully put to me, together with the advice that the problem would be referred to the Valuation dept. at the Land Registry office for their adjudication as it is outside of HMRCs remit. All most helpful. Thank you.
