Prompt reply to my email (on a Saturday). Dropped off my all-in-one PC for a replacement screen on the Tuesday morning and it was fixed and delivered back to me on Thursday afternoon. Great communication at all times, including a slight change in the price due to a different part being needed. A rpofessional, friendly and highly recommended service.

Darrell provided a thorough, efficient computer repair service. He was extremely patient, making sure I fully understood everything that he had done and he gave me guidance for using the laptop going forward. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend.

My wife and I are nearing 80 and technologically like ‘Janet and John’. Mr Haslam was superb. He was polite and very knowledgeable being able to repair my IPad in a short time. I have already passed on his details to friends.

Having received a message on my laptop that the fan was not working, I contacted Haslam IT. This was on a Sunday but I very quickly received a message clearly stating the various costs which might be involved. I accepted and the laptop was collected from my home on Monday morning, inspected, cleaned, the fan only needed readjusting, updated and returned on the Monday evening at a total cost of £45 which I felt was very good value. I will be very happy to use Haslam IT again and have recommend them to my friends. Thank you very much.

Excellent job, computer fault mended and up and running again within 2 hours, he also sorted out a few other problems for me to make life easier as I am not brilliant with IT !.

Brilliant service, reliable, and he will keep you updated throughout, to see what needs to be completed, or changed. As I had an Apple upgrade, they can be very expensive, but Darrell's prices were very good and reasonable, and by far the best I've come across. I will now continue to use his services in the future. 10/10

My desktop PC stopped working, so looked for a local repair service. Found HaslamIT to be just a few mile away so telephoned and arranged a visit to drop PC off within 20 minutes. Within the hour Darrell phoned and said PSU had failed but hard drive OK. He offered me a refurbished desktop PC using my original hard drive saving me a lot of time and effort in configuring a new drive. He sent me an invoice which I paid and within half hour picked up PC and it is working fine. I found Darrell to be very pleasant and helpful, and the speed of service to me was very prompt and excellent. I was back up and running within 24 hours. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

He was very open and honest about how he would update our computers. He was certainly not fishing for money, and actually suggested the most sensible option for our needs, although it was among the cheapest.
Can't fault any aspect and would highly recommend his services.

I have recently bought a new laptop and needed to safely transfer data from my old laptop. Haslam IT came highly recommend and they did not disappoint.

I have used Darrell on several occasions with laptops running slow and each time he has fixed the issues within the timescale without charging ridiculous prices and keeping me updated throughout. I had a problem with a corrupt registry and Windows 10 installation. Darrell simply made all of the problems disappear. By the next day I had a virtually new machine, clean win 10 install, all my data backed up and a SSD upgrade to boot. Fantastic Service, professionalism and response. He should be the first port of call for any it problems in the area.
