A letter is sent to a elderly person (+83) with a tax calculation review. Would like to pay the tax owed but have to go online.
Problem : the elderly do not like using Twitter and similar for financial matters if they even have a computer.
I have searched for local tax offices on google for Gloucester/Cheltenham are, the numbers were either dead or an emergency no only with a full -01242585585

over 30 minutes waiting on phone after selecting all correct prompts for ppi query. If staff cant cope, get more in !!!!! Disabled pensioners cannot and should not have to wait this disgraceful amount of time for an answer to a minimal phone query. Disgusting. !
