I have been doing yoga with Sharon for about 3 - 4 years, best thing I have done. Sharon is patient and gives you lots of alternative postures from beginners to the more advance. I love this class.

I have been with Sharon for many years, we always have a brilliant yoga class. She always encourages us to bring out the best but never beyond our limits, she is always there to keep an eye on us and to make sure we are in the correct postures for maximum results.

Sharon is not only an excellent yoga teacher but she is one of the loveliest, caring people I have ever met. She is a fantastic motivator and offers great support.

Sharon is a fantastic instructor who listens to her clients and tailors her classes and 1-1 sessions accordingly.
Diacovering Sharon's Yoga classes back in 2018 was certainly one of the best things for my workout routine and I have become much stronger physically as a result as well as seeing a major improvement with my health no longer getting regular migraines. No matter the time of day Sharon is always smiling and her enthusiasm is infectious.

Although I've known Sharon through business for many years I have only just started attending one of her fitness classes. And the Thursday morning ball class for core stability has become a "must".
Sharon is a natural teacher - warm, outgoing and someone who makes every move seem achievable and desirable.
The class has not only already shown me a useful and accessible way to improve my overall fitness but is also fun! This is all down to Sharon and her genuine wish to share her love of fitness and good health with everyone.

I have been doing yoga with Sharon for neally a year now, she is a fantastic teacher. It has made me more relaxed and focused and I really enjoy the classes. I would recommend Sharon everytime if you are looking to do yoga, I had never done yoga before.
