My computer froze wasn't sure what happened with it, wouldn't switch on. I got recommended to Easy repairs by my brother, so I contacted them to organise an appointment, called in and Ivan showed me that it could retrieve all my data and files, also Ivan sourced a reconditioned laptop and put all my files on, all within 24 hours, I didn't even notice my laptop wasn't there, he was so efficient. Easy repairs was very helpful. The man managed to fix my computer during one day (only because I brought it late evening) while others couldn't fix it. The prices are also very fair and he is a really nice and professional guy and knows what he is doing. He also gave me a lift to my home even though I didn't live anywhere close to him, just because it was late and raining, he didn't want to let me carry the computer for over 2 miles. Highly recommend easy repairs if you have any problems with any of your technology gadgets, he will fix it fair and quickly! You will not find any service like easy repairs in York, I vouch for it! Highly recommended.

One thing I really appreciate about this place is that has opened during the quarantine time. Vlad was really helpful. He explained everything really in detail and kept me posted on the process. Since this was my first time fixing my laptop, I had so many questions. However, Vlad answered them very patiently, explicitly and professionally. Of course he did a wonderful job on my iMac. I had just purchased a new HP laptop with Microsoft Windows 10, having used my ASUS laptop with Microsoft windows 7 for about 10 years. After using my new HP laptop for about 3 weeks, I finally accepted the fact that I needed some help. I had written a list of 12 things, which either aggravated me or I knew very little or nothing about. Easy repairs assistance started almost as soon as I made enquiries to them, first through a phone conversation. I told the chap about my problems/concerns and the help was immediate. They had my computer repaired and all my questions answered to my satisfaction the same day, my laptop was collected & returned the same day. Easy computer repairs in York were prompt in returning a diagnosis about my gaming PC and gave me an honest opinion, from which they did not profit. As I had to buy a new computer (Old gaming PC), they were helpful with recommendations and build a new one for me, I took my daughters new laptop to them for setup, and they did it the same day. I cancelled my plan with the Geek Squad and plan to come here for any future computer issues. Very reliable and economical compared to all other places I enquired in York & Leeds. Easy repairs has totally lived up to their name. I am incredibly grateful for the speedy & accurate diagnosis of my computer problems. I rely heavily on my computer and for the past six months or so, my PC was unbelievably slow, constantly crashing and freezing. Numerous trips to a local computer repair shop (who shall remain nameless) did nothing to solve the problem in the long term. A week or so after they had 'fixed' it, the problems would reappear and I would have to shell out yet more money again and again and they still could not figure out what was wrong. An easy repairs engineer, identified the root cause of the problems, explained it to me clearly and in layman terms, did exactly what was needed. And all at short notice, (something the other company could never manage!) My computer is now working brilliantly, I would not hesitate to recommend Easy repairs, the engineer was polite, transparent with his costs and bottom line is I now have a computer which does not feel like it is teetering on the edge of yet another frustrating crash. 5 stars for easy repairs indeed!

My daughter found easy repairs and it has been the discovery in a long time. My daughter had Val fix her laptop late last week and was very happy with the serviced offered. I have been looking for a house call-out and found out easy repairs also did them. Fast forward to this early morning! Val came out and configured a new router for us(usually WiFi was Horrible, buffering and dropping all the time). He walked me through the process so I could understand everything clearly. Val, answered every question so I could do it for myself without a panic. And best of all, Val couldn't of been ever so easy to understand as explaining things so well .
