Furthermore, you can relax and unwind after your workout in the sauna.
Our eight-person sauna is the perfect way to unwind after a swim, or even just a tough day in the office, it relaxes the muscles and the mind, keeping you sharp for the rest of the day.
Come and check out our fantastic four-lane, 25m main swimming pool. It’s where we host our award-winning swimming lessons. These include aqua aerobics, lane swimming and fun float sessions for children at the weekend.
Our fantastic gym facilities include a full suite of cardio and resistance machines, while there are also plenty of free weights for you to choose from.
