It took me an hour and five minutes to speak to a person and when I did finally get through all he wanted to do was talk at me and when asked if he would possibly help me he hung up on me. I finally got through customer services I found some one who could speak English and who was willing to help me between breaks.
No wonder the Royal main is a service no one wants to use and prefers a private company that is polite and provides the service required.
