Grateful thanks & top marks to Brentwood postman Andy for tracking down a missing parcel of urgently needed medical supplies & delivering them to me on the way home at the end of his shift. He really went beyond the call of duty

whey nobody answers me does nobody care anymore

Posted birthday cards 1class on Thursday from Clacton post office not received them yet what going on

I am sick and tired of picking up elastic bands from my pathway, and the pavement outside my property. Why can't the postman, pick them up put them in a pocket and reuse them, it would save you money, help the environment and stop the littering. I hate to think how many are scattered around the estate.

Please someone sort this out.

Annoyed customer

We no longer receive a daily delivery.

I have a parcel which contains shoes for an elderly person with swollen feet. This was supposed to be delivered last week. They have no other shoes that now fit.

No card delivered or parcel. No phone number (it's normally on the card but no-one ever answers when I used to call it) to contact the office or available on the web.

Unable to contact the Brentwood Office. Just a pre-recorded message giving opening times and location. So without a visit I am unable to confirm if they have had or still have the parcel.

Privatisation still hasn't made this an efficient, customer friendly company.
