Discovered when on holiday in Scarborough some years ago and found their 'over-the-counter' service, range, staff attitude of the highest standard. This is my first order from Black Swan. They did not deduct the VAT grom the invoice charged on me. But when told that I'm not from EC, they corrected the mistake immediately. I'm going to make another order soon.

I've used the Black Swan Shoppe for about a year now, when I took up smoking a pipe. I cannot beat the quality and swiftness of their service. I've emailed them a few times to try and source certain pipes and they always reply with a great willingness to help! The Tobacco always arrives quickly, exactly as described and of a very high quality. I've not used any other online company to buy tobacco as the system is good, and works! Thanks again Black Swan!
