Went to pick a parcel on Saturday morning at 8:05, rang the bell several times, was told by several post men that the manager had to give me the parcel and that she was upstairs and to continue to ring the bell, they even shouted upstairs for her to come down. After waiting over 10 minutes and several rings of the bell I left as the manager didn't appear, or didn't speak with me. If the hours when parcels can be collected is from 8 o'clock then someone needs to be available to deal with customer enquiries, not just ignore customers.

It is with the greatest regret that I do this as previously our service was excellent.
Unfortunately, some items of our mail seem to have gone astray or we have experienced late delivery of some letters.
This has been particularly noticeable because at the moment we should be receiving appointment letters from the Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield, clearly labelled Advanced Mail First Class and dated. One did not arrive at all and a second one only arrived this morning - after our appointment time !!!
Items belonging to other households have been delivered to our address. The name and address on these has been very clear.
Whilst recognising that there may be difficulties sometimes which the general public are not aware of I am really disappointed in the service at the present time.
