Facebook & twitter 22nd August 2010 1:09 PM
I am not a fan of facebook never really took my interest ( I am a private person I guess)

Twitter for me is easier as I use it for my SEO work, but the first question I would ask is what is the average age of a person that is lucky enough to have a pool?

If the answer is they are typically the same age as twitter users and facebook users then yes go for it.
Selling domains 22nd August 2010 10:15 AM
I have some domains that I shall be trying to off load, this is the second time I have tried Sedo and their website is appalling, I have not got a clue how it works and I spend a lot of time looking at websites for SEO etc.

This in my opinion is how not to make a website!

Your site seems to be an affiliate site where most of the information is drawn from the main companies website.

As mentioned in pm the best way in your case would be to set it up in something like notepad and simply cut and paste.

Although I suspect you are hung up on the value of a site map for SEO purposes, and as indizine commented probably should be a little further down the to do list.
