“.....Surely cost can be mitigated by efficiency savings and increased passenger volume that automated trains would allow?
I agree with you, though why would automated trains be able to increase passenger volume? Are you assuming, automated means more trains could run? The top film when you were born. 4th August 2015 11:05 PM Oh dear, Trog! Though I like another link it sent me on to, what was No.1 in the charts in the UK when I was born - Freda Payne - 'Band Of Gold' #showingmyage How do I organise a survey of potential clients? 3rd August 2015 9:01 PM One option is to put the link on Twitter and Facebook etc. and see if you get any takers. Another option is to ask on a forum dedidated to the market you're targeting, e.g. builders forum. Hope that helps and good luck. Just for info, you don't need to duplicate questions in different parts of the forum, just ask the question in the one you feel is most appropriate - the duplicate one has been removed. Marketing master-class from Disney 3rd August 2015 4:36 PM I've only just seen this, it's excellent and really it's just enforcing the brand! Cilla Black, doesn't seem possible? 3rd August 2015 10:17 AM We're obviously reaching that sort of age when this post and the one from last month are going to become more common!! Let's see the black eye and bent nose! Could your hobby/interest damage your business? 30th July 2015 12:23 PM Must admit I was thinking the same. I had a quick look at reviews of the dental practice that were left prior to this happening, and they were, as you'd expect pretty normal some good with the odd not so good one. As you say, they're now swarming with angry "reviews" about him rather than his dental practice. The allegation of historic sexual harrassment can't help him. I wonder if this lady regrets putting her face to a review only last month. I think this will become more common in the world today because of the speed that social media can spread the news. In the olden days it may have got in the newspaper and maybe on the telly but that would be the extent of it. I can't think of many businesses being ruined, apart from the owners of Amy's Baking Company who were on Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares in 2013. They handled social media very poorly after it was shown. They announced earlier this month that they were closing, though they say it has nothing to do with the negative publicity! If businesses aren't ruined, individual reputations can be. Needless to say, this one is current! Calais, immigrants and our summer holiday 30th July 2015 11:11 AM
“We did a trip round France in our Bongo before I had my daughter and it was my best holiday ever. So if you ever get there you'll love it!
I assume you have your breathalyser, triangles, hi vis jackets and spare bulbs all packed? I was amazed at all the requirements for driving in France. I'm sure you're clued up about that though.” ...and if you've got to go through the Dartford Tunnel (or over the bridge!), they no longer take cash and you have to register before you set off, or at least pay by midnight the following day otherwise you'll get a fine! |
