The only incentive I use is, is that everyone can go home early once the work has been done... And I might buy everyone lunch...

Christmas nowadays is more about greed and over indulging than anything else, visit any supermarket during the week leading up to Christmas and you will genuinely see the human race at it's worst, sadly around a quarter of the food bought will end up in a landfill site somewhere or turned into pigs swill...Not something I've ever really understood with half the world starving, so I for one really don't get what the so called Christmas message is about, certainly not what we are led to believe its about.... You don't have the law society saying solicitors and the legal profession can only charge reasonable fees. They can charge what they like.... People need to take responsibility for their own actions / lifestyles. No one forces Off-Licences not to sell alcohol to alcoholics, no one forces bookmakers not serve gamblers who have gambling problems. I'll settle for just UKIP or a mix of them and conservatives, how anyone could vote labour again beggars belief. The guy who left the note saying there was nothing left in the pot at the last election summed up labours attitude to the people they serve / represent. Disgusting behaviour if you ask me... The problem is though there are many countries in the EU that are not prosperous and live off the back of the countries that are. As for democracy it can only be that if we have voted for it, up to this point in time, no one in the UK has. What we have at the moment has been forced upon us. The only thing the UK has ever voted on was whether or not we join a common market. I'm pretty sure if the voters of 40 odd years ago knew where this country was heading 40 years down the road, I think the result may have been different. Yes, and by offering him one he'll also get a college placement easier. Just a couple of rules he has to follow, no texting or playing with phone all day, no girlfriend / boyfriend problems to be brought into work, no talk of football or fishing and turn up on time. Other than that we'll get on fine
 On the plus side customers last week seem to have taken more of an interest in him and the business, so I can see a lot of benefits by taking a youngster on. Which to be honest I've tried to avoid doing in the past...
