I frequently see peeps swerving all over the place due to hot ash flying back throught the window. My cousin the plank actually set his own car alight. he flicked his cigy ash out of the window and the wind blew the hot ember off the top and it landed on the back seat and set fire. Touch screens 24th March 2010 12:12 PM Several years ago I did a massive project for the govt and I desgined and installed web cafes in a majority of the govt building up and down the uk. when they first went into they great and everyone played with them then the screens started to go out of sync due the abuse they were recieving so we had to train the on site techs to calibrate them once a week or so. they also looked like dirty most of the time due to be a high lacquered gloss black finish. I have played around with windows 7 on a touch screen and I am not convinced that they will replace the old qwerty just yet. but I would consider one for the kitchen where I can display the TV or recipes etc without having to have all the peripherals slung everywhere. if you have OCD though I would stay away as you will be forever cleaning the finger prints off the screen. Get to know each other away from work 23rd March 2010 2:31 PM A big thanks to SEAN for starting this thread. I attended the golf range on Sat and knocked out a few balls and last night I went and played golf. got soaked and I am suffering for it now but I enjoyed every minute of it and I will be attending again next week. |
