I had one of my most traumatising experiences thanks to my late cat Bubble. She liked to catch huge pigeons and doves. One time she caught a racing pigeon and we found it's leg and had to call the owner (you could just tell he was an old chap with a flat cap and sounded really cut up about it)  But WORST of all the time she brought in a half decapitated pigeon which proceeded to fly around the room and spread feathers and blood everywhere, including a big splat of blood on the window! I didn't know what to do! I ended up having to catch it and drown it in a bucket. I was pregnant at the time so couldn't even have a stiff drink afterwards - TRAUMATISED!

Barney, I love how you got all your cats! You big old softie!

LOL Well my first call for employment has been a positive 1 ... I have a 99% chance of being employed on a 3 month basis to see how I do if the partners agree to it.I'll be doing the exact same thing but possibly in a more techi way and what's best of all no weekend work which is GREAT.. So now it is just a waiting game to see the outcome ..

I am certainly not resting on my laurels this time round .. I love the world of IT and though my travels of job searching I have found a great course to start on ,so may just start that in my spare and get my confidence levels up”

Yay! That sounds really good. Well done.

The world would be a boring place if we all agreed!

hehehe .. I know 10..1 cat was bad enough ,she managed to hog the bed like nobodies business.

Don't know if we will get another cat ,I got so attached to her and where ever I went she always followed ,it's been 2 months and I still check under my feet to make sure I don't kick her”

It's awful isn't it? We had two cats and one of mine got poisoned last year. She was my big furry soppy pusscat. A real hardcore killer but soft as anything with humans. I still feel pretty cut up about it!

That is SO random!  Ha.

We get a lot of field mice, if they get brought indoors their kind of stuffed as they'll have 10 cats surrounding them.  ”

10? You have 10 cats?? Wow. My friend has 5 and I thought that was greedy!

Inheritance tax cuts....I am sorry but this makes me absolutely livid! I don't think people inheriting such huge properties need any help! It's all wrong! We have people using food banks but don't worry, if you now inherit a 950 grand house you won't have to pay inheritance tax. It's a disgrace in my opinion. (Guess who didn't vote Tory - I'd rather stab myself in the eye with a spork). Regardless of how they finance this, the principle is a joke and they should be prioritising other issues apart from anything else!
