I have to admit I don't use maps at all. I updated to iOS6 last night and so far actually like the changes Its a pity the maps aren't working properly though.

Hmmm you could outsource, if you need to cover time zones. But that could mean setting up a support network on Skype or something similar, to cover it. (I'm not really sure how your system works).

Its a beautiful town

I'm too high up to be flooded out, usually if the water does get too much, it runs to the ocean, and leaves our beach in a state (I had pics of that at some point - not sure where they got to).

I took a few pics with my iPhone yesterday of a storm that was coming in over the coast and hit us just after 4. Luckily it wasn't too bad, and faded out about 2 hours later. (The pics were taken from inside)

We hardly ever get those dark purple/blue clouds, but Summer will be here soon, so I guess we might still. Couldn't really catch a flash of lightning or two either, I retreated to safety where I couldn't see them

So, you're like an image consultancy that advises people how to keep their clientele by telling them what to do, how to act, and what to say when things go wrong?

Without knowing what the specific problem is, or the one most complained about, there's not much we can do in the way of advice.

If the complaints are pointed at a service - Fix the service
If its pointed at a department - take a good look at said department and see where things are going pear shaped and send a few people for training.
If its customer relations - Same as above, you need to have people sent for training in their specific areas.
If its Sales people getting the most flack - same as above have a look at how they do things, how they talk to prospective clients and how helpful they are when it comes to giving clients information. if there are holes - fix it

From what I can gather, your service is more or less how to deal with situations that you now face yourself. You need to get a plan of action together to look at all the areas where clients are having problems and see if there is a way to either fix the problem by having a chat, or sending personnel for a little indepth training. One thing I have noticed is that, when you have people working in a department where they don't have the skills to perform at maximum, things are going to go awry after a while.

When it comes to invading another person's private life, its never going to change. As long as there is money involved, its going to continue. And that's where I think it all goes pear shaped. Everyone does have a right to privacy, but at the same time everyone has the right to know what goes on in their country. So while I wouldn't stand with the paparazzi going all out to get a shot of someone, I would say that there are some areas where people need to know about things. Especially if these people are leaders, and especially if their own actions contradict their "preachings". (IMHO)
