The company I work for is going though yet another round of redundancies and sadly I have a 1 in 3 chance of staying put , So am in need of some help .. It's a long story but in short I transferred from South Africa to UK with the same company and as I was new here I didn't get the transfer in writing .Now the company has been sold twice since then and are now refusing to accept I was transferred as the pay out is rather a huge 1 to well about half now I think... I have contacted the company in South Africa who has also changed names now and they advised me that all papers from that time have been destroyed now.. The only thing I have in my possession is a photo copy of a letter thanking me for 10 years of service before I left SA ..... Would I be able to win a claim or would I need more than that,also if not would I be able to get help and do it at all .. Or is it just a accept it situation..

Have no idea what I will do if I am made redundant as it is all I have done since I left the air force aged 18.. Unfortunately my website is no where near good enough to keep me going and the slow (no) seo work don't really help either          

Hi thanks for reply.After a few attempts and using google search I eventually found out how to use the alternative method of placing the code in the header of my zencart site.

So we all up and running again for now until the next problem.

Noooo ,you joking , that van of yours is really doomed isn't it ... What are you going to do now ,can you still claim for repairs etc

Don't really matter to me either way as I don't eat chocolate of any sort lol , Will have the occasional bar but that's about it

No problem, sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees.Just don't make it the same but tweak them to suite you  , but I'm sure you know that

Have you looked at other proof readers terms and conditions , you could use them as a template to get an idea for your own website.. Not sure if this will be any help for you but found it on a search  http://www.sfep.org.uk/pub/bestprac/ctacs.asp.

Sometimes there are template terms/conditions available to get you going in the right direction, when I did mine I use both template and other similar sites terms to get me on the  right track. I suppose you could miss the next option in hiring a proof reader lol to get everything ship shape and correct any errors 

Oh my , I am shocked that the police wont take it further , 4 flat tyres is vandalism at it's best and leaving teh keys in the ignition is a utter disgrace 

Not sure what I would do but definitely do the county court claim and try write some bad reviews and name and shame him as best you can.

Not that it would ever happen to me ,but I know my car will always be found as it has a built in tracker   ,which means I can't bunk off at home like I used to when there was no work

yeah I thought so..I can't use the same verifications type for both sites and the other methods don't work. I'll have to ask for help to my hosting for this 1

good to see it going so well, yep I do need a fire lit under my   .. As I do think by the end of the year I will be made redundant if not I will be damn lucky.. I am thinking up all kinds of weird things to do ,but I would really like to find a good niche that can sell well e.g. underwear and make a go of it on Ebay. As as much as I like Pewter I don't think it will make enough for me to live on just yet , I would like it to but will have to see
