“I slightly disagree - not everyone can afford to get an injunction to stop their name being published in a paper of an alleged crime.”

Wasn't talking about injunction as in injuctions/super injunctions the rich (footballers etc) take out. Was just suggesting that the judges should decided on whether the names are published based on the circumstances of the case. Its a sticky area but do feel that innocent till proven guilty seems not be true, and that it seems to be a case of guilty until proven innocent in many cases like these.

Could possibly be because 24hr news as already mentioned. All might be cause some people believe they are good judges of character thus they get to decide who is guilty and not guilty based on the information presented to them via the media.

The court should be the ones that decide on these cases. The decision on whether the individuals names should be publish should be made by the judges.

Still not really sold on QR codes yet. Have used them on a few occasions but they seem to be used as a quick add on to posters and things of that nature at the time being. Currently seems to be for the bit tech savy or those quite interested in getting to know the brand that they're consuming a bit more but must say they are used for other purposes and can add value to a marketing campaign.

The strategy might work for them like IBM strategy worked when they moved away from PCs. Doesn't seem to be a clear sense of direction at the moment for HP. HP make fairly good laptops in our opinion but lets see how this one pans out for them.

Don't get lost in the sea of things relating to your business. Its easy to spread oneself a little thin especially when it comes to starting a business. Don't lose sight of the main goal(s). Try and call in favours, establish mutual partnership.

Seems like a longer view has to taken when you start using social networking to market you business. Its good to engage and seems that the people who offer the most support, answers, links to content gain quite well from it but this requires quite a bit of time and/or man/woman power.

To be honest it can be a bit of a burden. Suggest that you spend what amount of time you can that doesn't interfere to make with the urgent things you have to do from day to day.
