Fake online reviews 15th November 2011 8:30 AM
I don't think it can be stopped completely, it is very hard to moderate. Thankfully, if a company only has a load of 5* reviews and they are all full of praise then I might be a little suspicious. Having a look around various review sites to get a general overview rather than just on site usually helps too.

Definitely a approach that people should take.

Why would you lie? 1st November 2011 9:07 AM
Well it depends. Some individuals don't think they are lying unless it is of a certain magnitude. A 'white' lie almost not a lie at all to them at all. Then you have deceit which can be as bad as lying. Some people just like to lie or try to bend things to their will using methods that are not the most honest and consider it fine because somehow its justified in their mind.

Laptop & ipad Suggestions Please 21st October 2011 11:09 AM
It depends on what you want and how what sort of work your going to be doing. If its just some emails, some work documents and a bit of skype etc you could get away with even buying a cheap netbook. If you want some more hardware taxing the route might need to be a laptop. There are so many places where you can get a cheap laptop these days ebuyer.com, dabs.com, countless other websites, computer fairs (though you should know what your talking about and check thoughly at these), manufactors direct sites (dell, hp etc).

Laptop if you need to do some serious work as tablet might not be able to handle it.

Well just cause you promote/sell a product or service doesn't mean that you have to use it yourself but it doesn't send a great message if your not.
Why you want change? 14th October 2011 5:29 PM
I have a question and want an answer too. In interview most of the interviewer asked the question that "Why you want to leave your organization. " Some says, For better prospects, soem says for Port Folio and better prospects and some other says I want change, I am fade to do same thing from last 5 (say) years. And I want some creative and innovative work and make my own decisions.

What do you think? These are goods answer or have to say some other good or better thing?

These are pretty standard responses in terms of the question. Another one is that 'I want some new fresh challenges,' 'I've achieved as much as I could with my previous company and would like some fresh challenges' or answers along this line. Maybe you wanted a change of company culture to a small company if you were in a large organisation etc.
