Then you have deceit which can be as bad as lying. Some people just like to lie or try to bend things to their will using methods that are not the most honest and consider it fine because somehow its justified in their mind. If its just some emails, some work documents and a bit of skype etc you could get away with even buying a cheap netbook. If you want some more hardware taxing the route might need to be a laptop. There are so many places where you can get a cheap laptop these days ebuyer.com, dabs.com, countless other websites, computer fairs (though you should know what your talking about and check thoughly at these), manufactors direct sites (dell, hp etc). Laptop if you need to do some serious work as tablet might not be able to handle it.
