Did any of you listen to Big George on BBC London early radio? I tuned in every morning, and he always cheered me up on my drive to work. The sad news is that he passed away on Saturday, aged only 53. I thought there was something wrong when he didn't do his show last Thursday & Friday, as I've never known him to miss before. He loved his work, and that always came through on his broadcasts.
