In interview most of the interviewer asked the question that "Why you want to leave your organization.

This appears to be a question of motivation - the answer you give will show the interviewer how you are motivated. Are you motivated towards the available position or are you motivated away from your current position and how does that fit into what they are looking for. The rest of the interview should actually be peppered with much more important questions, this question you mention is a bit or a 'red herring' just to see how you react and measure your response.

Nowadays to get to interview stage you should have gone through the hard part of all the different filtering stages before interview.

A bit like playing in a cup final, you technically have one hand on the trophy.

* Golden rule - You only get to make one first impression, so make it count.

In my opinion every changing work just for high salary .

Don't think that is always the case plus its not likely to come off well in a interview if you openly say that is the reason even if its true. Have to be diplomatic in the way you answer this question as a number of the real reasons might not give a good impression to the interviewer but at the same time we're sure that a lot of interviewers have had a lot of the generic diplomatic answers over and over again.
