Has anyone ever used them before?
I signed a client up with them the other day and was shocked although the service is great within 3 days I have been called about 7 times and had 2 voicemails.
Now I know making sales is very important but does there come a time when too much is well too much?
If I waned to have the premuim service surely I would of choosen it? I know they just like to help but is 7 too many?
I usually get called once and then maybe again a few weeks later never this many within a few days.

I'd agree that contacting you 7 times in 3 days is a bit much indeed and it is certainly not our intention at all, particularly if you did mention that you did not want to upgrade!
