Hi everyone,
I’m part of the team at Buy Packaging Boxes, a UK packaging company working with businesses that need custom boxes for their products.
I thought I’d introduce our business and share a little about what we do.
We help online shops, small businesses and growing brands with custom packaging, including postal boxes, retail packaging, food boxes, cosmetic boxes and printed cardboard boxes.
One thing we've noticed in packaging is that choosing a box isn't always as straightforward as it sounds.
A small online shop might need packaging that keeps delivery costs manageable, while a retailer might be more concerned about how products look on the shelf. For businesses shipping fragile items, protection is usually the first priority.
Getting the basics right can make a real difference.
For example, using a box that's much larger than the product can mean paying for unnecessary packaging and extra filling material. On the other hand, choosing a lightweight box without considering the product's weight or shipping conditions can lead to damage.
At Buy Packaging Boxes, we help businesses work through these decisions, from choosing suitable box sizes and materials to preparing custom printed designs. We also offer design support for businesses that aren't sure where to start.
I'm looking forward to being part of this community, learning from other business owners and sharing useful packaging advice where I can.
A quick question for anyone selling physical products:
What's been your biggest packaging headache so far – rising costs, finding the right box size or keeping products safe during delivery?
It would be interesting to hear how other businesses are dealing with these challenges.
Thanks for having us!
