Opened in January 2023 by partners Adam and Sophie, Rawkies Desserts & Café Bar is a fast serve, street-food and dessert café bar concept. Our main unique selling point is scooped edible raw cookie dough in a tub or waffle cone, but we have developed such a unique hot and cold food menu with vegan, vegetarian and non-gluten containing options. You won’t find another menu like ours in the North West!
We offer a great range of other raw cookie dough inspired desserts, including sundaes, pancakes, waffles and milkshakes, plus loads more!
Customers also love our choice of burgers, flatbread pizzas, small plates and bowl food (3 for £11). Fancy some breakfast? Why not try our brunch menu Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 - 14:00 which of course has our quirky twist! We have partnered with a great cheese company to provide a unique choice of cheese with your food.
For those who want to start the night off with a bang, we have full cocktail and mocktail bar offering, with 2 for £10 Tuesday to Saturday 12:30 - 19:30. We have some quirky signature dessert cocktails, including ‘What’s the Story Morning Glory’ and ‘Snow Bella’, which is named after our gorgeous mascot!
For students and professionals, we can offer a relaxed workspace environment for £16.50 per person (10% discount for students), which includes unlimited tea, americanos and cordial, a sandwich and a small rawkies, plus free unlimited Wi-Fi.
NEW to our menu, we have doughnut burgers and Yorkshire pudding wraps (sweet and savoury) and believe us when we say… they are a game changer!!
