I like to think that everyday is an opportunity to create new possibilities. But it is the beginning of a new year & for many and maybe for you too, this is an ideal time to kickstart a new challenge.

Strive for new goals. Getting fit, looking & feeling great.

Here are a few tips on how to create the BEST POSSIBILITY of achieving your new year goals

- define exactly WHAT you want to achieve

- PLAN how you’re going to achieve it

- write everything down

- talk to people you know who have achieved what your setting out to achieve

- identify your OBSTACLES

- CREATE your solutions

- have a plan B in case plan A doesn’t pan out as you expect

That's got me thinking as I do yoga, pole fitness and I've just started contemporary dance. I need to set some goals for the year!! I'm not sure if the splits is achievable as I will have to work on the stretches at home and I know that I'm not good at maintaining habits like that. My children and business tend to distract me! 

I am determined to do a shoulder mount this year, it's a tricky pole move.
