We all know there have been a lot of sudden deaths in the last week of many well known celebrities, like I said in my previous post I don't think 2016 has really been the best year in regards to celebrity deaths.
However it also hasn't been the best year in regards to the hacking of large companies, the last few weeks has seen the hacking of companies such as Yahoo and TalkTalk. In today's news we learn of the hacking of the huge company Sony.
These big companies really need to knuckle down on their security as Sony Music's twitter account has been hacked in the last few days with tweets such as 'Britney Spears is dead by accident!' with hashtags such as #RIPBritney. This I feel is getting beyond stupid as because of the recent deaths of celebrities these tweets left Britney fans in the loop, wondering if this was actually true.
The singer herself has not responded directly to the tweets however her managed has made a statement on the social media site stating the singer is 'fine and well'. Sony have directly apologised for these outrage of tweets.
I think all these huge companies need to knuckle down on security as in my opinion this has now reached its maximum.
