About Young Minds Dementia Group
Young Minds Dementia Group supports people living with young onset dementia and their carers across Essex. We provide welcoming peer support groups, age appropriate social activities, expert talks, practical advice and wellbeing opportunities. With weekly meetings and online connections, we help individuals and families feel understood, informed and supported throughout their journey. Registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, registration number 1219615.
